There are days, and sometimes even stretches of time, when you feel like you are trudging through the seas of sadness. The landscape is gray, your nose is running and your horse drowned. Somewhere, though, is a glimmer of light. Somewhere is a key to hope. Somewhere is your path out of darkness. There are clues, but you have to keep your eyes open. If you start wearing a film of darkness over your eyes, darkness is all you will ever see. The flower doesn’t grow in spite of itself, it grows in spite of the fact that it’s alone and desolate. And it succeeds in showing us that we can, too.

  1. The flower grows because it is not afraid of change. To grow is to accept change, to change is to grow. The flower grows because it is nourished from the inside and accepts nourishment from the outside. Watch the flower, it will show you the way to grow.

Leave a Reply. You may be critical, you may praise, you may question, you may counter. You may not be cruel.
